Bhimasena Power Indonesia adalah konsorsium proyek infrastruktur pembangkit listrik tenaga uap (PLTU) berkapasitas 2x1000 Megawatt di kabupaten Batang, Jawa Tengah. Konsorsium yang terdiri dari 3 perusahaan yang bergabung. Masing-masing adalah J-Power atau singkatan dari Electric Power Development, co. ltd, Itochu Corporation, dan PT Adaro Power yang merupakan bagian dari PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Skema kepemillikan di dalam PT Bhimasena Power ini terdiri dari 34% J-Power, 34% Adaro, dan 32% Itochu.

Sejarah berdiri PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

PT. Bhimasena Power Indonesia didirikan pada 5 Desember 1933 sebagai Lever Zeepfabrieken N.V. Pada 22 Juli 1980, nama perusahaan diubah menjadi PT Lever Brothers Indonesia dan pada 30 Juni 1997, nama perusahaan diubah menjadi PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia Tbk. Bhimasena Power Indonesia melepas 15% sahamnya di Bursa Efek Jakarta dan Bursa Efek Surabaya pada tahun 1981. Bhimasena Power Indonesia mempunyai lebih dari 1.000 distributor di seluruh Indonesia.

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Bhimasena Power Indonesia

(CODE: HRM)
Responsibility area/system:
  • Planning, organizing, actuating, controlling employee recruitment, manpower planning, development and mobilizations. Company compensation and benefit and strategy, Employee relation and expatriate affairs, Employee Administration and Information Systems, GA Coordination for Jakarta Office and consolidation with Project Site. 
  • Managing HR daily operational tasks including general affair issues and income tax calculation and report for locals and expatriates. 
  • Maintains employees benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefits needs and trends, recommending benefits programs to management, directing the processing of benefits claims, obtaining and evaluating benefits contract bids, awarding benefits, designing and conducting educational programs on benefits programs. 
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource government requirement, conducting investigation and maintaining records. 
  • Leading and supporting management to deliver job evaluation in line with organization’s objectives.

Job Qualification:
  • Male/Female with minimum of 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  • Having experiences more than 10 years in HR Section / 5 years as HR Manager in Oil & Gas, Power Plant Company, and Infrastructure Project
  • Computer and English proficiency (verbal and written) 
  • Experience to work with Expatriates
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication skill, integrity, and good management skill. 
  • Very good initiation and negotiation skill
