Responsibilities:
• Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
• Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
• Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email
• Establishing contacts to help build the client database
• Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates
• Respond to general consultancy enquiries
• Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews
• General data admin and paperwork
Requirements:
• Male / Female with maximum age 25 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree from Psychology
• Having experience minimum 1 year at the same field (preferably from F&B industrial), fresh graduate are welcome
• Willingness to travel extensively is must
• Mastering of psychological testing tools
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge in developing candidate selection process
• Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office
• Honest, hard working and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skill, communication skill & strong team work
• Dynamic, detail and result oriented
• Strong analytical skill, proactive
