Customer Relation Management (CRM)
Responsibilities:
• Manage Digital Marketing and Social Media
• Responsible for the Customer Relations and Complaint Management in Sales & Aftersales for BMW and MINI in Indonesia
• Responsible for conceptualization and execution of the Relationship Marketing strategy for the BMW Group Indonesia
Requirements:
• Female
• Age 24 – 28 years old
• Confident person
• Very good communications skills both English and bahasa
• Able to work at team
• Have a good initiative, creative and good communication skill
• Have experience at least 3 years handle customer complaint
