Untuk kegiatan awal pengeboran perdana Blok Lemang ini adalah sebesar US$ 12 juta. Kontrak PSC untuk Blok Lemang telah diberikan Badan Pelaksana Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BP Migas) pada 2007 dan berlaku hingga 2037.

untuk beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:Production Operation Superintendent - Hexindo Gemilang Jaya
Main Responsilibilities:
Plan daily, weekly, monthly work, monitor and evaluate budget and work for field operation including built up new facility, drilling, work over and well service. Evaluate and solution for operational routine. Coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair of production facility, availability of power supply, pipeline and supporting facilities and infrastructure in field.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in Field Engineer
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in same position in oil & gas company
Production Operation Supervisor - Hexindo Gemilang Jaya
Main Responsilibilities:
Maximize daily crude oil production from existing fields including monitoring and optimizing production activities in the field to ensure safe and efficiency performance of operations. Ensure minimal downtime by ensuring appropriate maintenance is conducted in accordance with recommended practices and all necessary equipment and materials are available to implement the ongoing production enhancement strategy as defined by the long term planner.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in operation and management
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in same position in oil & gas company
Field Admin Supervisor - Hexindo Gemilang Jaya
Main Responsilibilities:
Plan work program and budget in administration in field office. Arrange information facility, transportation, procurement of goods and services including for storage, maintenance and delivery for operational activities and organize cash delivery by head office for field operational activities.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in general administration and management
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in same position in oil & gas company
Field HSE Supervisor - Hexindo Gemilang Jaya
Main Responsilibilities:
Supervising to work, manpower and work equipment in field activities according HSE policy. Reporting all field operational activities to Field Operation Superintendent for input next work program.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Certified in K3 Migas
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in same position in oil & gas company
