JOB DESCRIPTION
• Together with the Production Coordinator/Manager, responsible for all activities ot the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety. Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM)
• Managing people
• Lead DSS briefing to all employees with main focus is Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
• Internal Coordination meeting (SAG and VSM) focusing in area for improvement and safety issue
• Ensure that NPD production process activities within the Plant are delivered on agreed cost, quality and time lines
Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor degree with 1 year experience in related field
• Fresh graduate from Industrial Engineering. Electronic/engineering and Mechanical Engineering is welcome to apply
• Ability to work cross-functionally manages diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives
• Strong leadership skills, confidence and integrity
• Independent & good interpersonal skills
• Organizational and planning skills
• Written and verbal communication skill
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands
• Can do attitude respect people, creative, team building
• Willing to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat
