JOB DESCRIPTION:• Together with the Production Coordinator/Manager, responsible for all activities of the production process in order to run effective, efficient, orderly and controlled cover issues: Safety, Efficiency, Quality, Cost (RM-PM)
• Managing people
• Lead DSS briefing to all employees with main focus is Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
• Internal Coordination meeting (SAG and VSM) focusing in area for improvement and safety issue
• Ensure that NPD production process activities within the Plant are delivered on agreed cost, quality and time lines
Requirements:
• Education minimum Bachelor degree with 1 year experience in related field (prefer from reputable University)
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manages diverse group and influence, deploy and manage strategic initiatives

JOB DESCRIPTION:This position responsibility is to support Engineering Department for installation, troubleshooting, preventive, curative and day to day project activities in the company
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum SMU degree from Electrical or Mechantronic Engineering with minimum 1 year working experiences
• Committed, positive, hands on and hardworking
• Passionate in Engineering & Manufacturing environment with technical understanding of troubleshooting and process
• PLC knowledge will be an advantage
• Due project activities, incumbent will require to work on shift
• Willing to work in Bekasi
Safety Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:• Ensuring the Safety standards, systems and procedures are well implemented in all site areas as well as Warehouse; assisting Manufacturing in daily operation of Safety and Health all through the 3 shifts.
• Responsible for implementation of injury management programs and activities in all site area are well implemented, inclusive of claim to Jamsostek
• Work closely with hospital and clinic in house
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Industrial engineering
• At least 1 year working expereince in safety
• Preferably certified for K3 umum
• Well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
