PIB Administration Staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Preparing Import Declaration (PIB)
• Communicate with customers for shipment status or inquiry
• Monitor and follow up customs clearance process until shipment delivered
• Coordinate with Operation and Road freight team for clearance and delivery
• To communicate all operational issue to customer
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferable from Transportation or Logistic major
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.0
• Minimum 1 year similar experience and Have the knowledge of Preparing Import Declaration (PIB) is a must
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Hard worker and proactive
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. etc.)
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
• Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park. Soekarno Hatta Airport area (free shuffle bus is provided at Bekasi. Blok M, Rawamangun and Tangerang meeting points) or to be placed in customers office
Billing Administration Staff
Jakarta
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To set up and make sure all document complete for billing
• To prepare billing invoice to customer
• To monitor billing issued and submission to customer
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Administration or Accounting
• Minimum 1 year similar experience or fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Hard worker and proactive
• Detail-oriented and persistent
• Have the English communication skill
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook etc)
