Reports To: Location Manager of Engineering
Supervises/ Direct Reports: Supervise a discipline team

Purpose of Position:
• Lead and manage the discipline team and the discipline scope for the assigned project, and achieve project outcomes.
• Responsible for the technical integrity of the deliverables and activities of the discipline team for the project.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
1. Within the relevant discipline:
a. Excellent technical and practical engineering skills and able to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to WorleyParsons and its clients.
b. An excellent knowledge of the fundamental requirements of the discipline, and the basic requirements of other disciplines.
c. An excellent knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory requirements.
2. Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and discipline specific software.
3. Understands how the business delivers value to shareholders, what drives profitability and what increases growth.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
• A recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management, project management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent will be a plus

WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• 15+ years engineering experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
• Substantial technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry including experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.

ACCREDIATION, TRAINING REQUIRED:
• Training or accreditation that is relevant to the discipline will be a plus
• Eligible for Chartered Engineer membership to Persatuan Insinyur Indonesia (P.I.I.) will be a plus

Business Development Officer (Jakarta Based)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and Coordinate bids and proposals activities to ensure they are submitted in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
• Preparation of Technical Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations.
• Preparation of Commercial Bid submissions for Client organizations. Following required review processes
• Preparation of Commercial Bid submission estimates for review by Management Team. This includes allowances for identified Risk
• Compliance with EMS requirements for submission of Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations
• Handover of successful proposals to assigned Project Manager
• Attending meetings with Client Organizations
• Preparation of Marketing and Capability Documentation to support the general business development activities: Including Project Profiles, Experience Lists and Pamphlets.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Requirements
• Preferable have worked in an Engineering Consultancy, handling the Mining sector.
• Must have experience in preparing bids and proposals for FEED, Detailed Engineering and PMS projects.
• Bachelor of Engineering from reputable university
• Having 5-8 years of total experience ‎out of which 2-3 years in Business Development, marketing functions
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Understand Indonesian market conditions, rules & regulations in the respective industries

Lead Risk & Safety Engineer
Position reports to: HOD Process & Safety Department

Primary objective
• To provide risk management (safety and reliability) services to the various WorleyParsons Safety & Risk Management clients.
• Clients can be internal Worley Parsons business units or external clients.
• To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned both in terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the project.
• To promote WorleyParsons Safety & Risk Engineering capabilities to clients to achieve follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective clients.
• To mentor and develop the capabilities of junior safety and risk engineers within the team.
