JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Implement trade customer and sales oriented marketing plan activities, close customer and sales force interaction.
• Develop marketing strategies to contribute sustainable growth of revenue, profit target & market share increase
• Drive campaign management, execution, follow up and evaluation
• Drive & control marketing budget, ensure marketing plan is implemented efficiently and executed well.
• Drive marketing activities execution processes with related departments.
• Create effective marketing communication to achieve maximum brand awareness and translate to demand increasing
• Lead marketing promotion & new product launch and ensure good implementation to support sales performance.
• Drive & monitor agencies and projects.
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Having experience at least 4 years Marketing Experience in MNC of Consumer Durable or FMCG, Automotive Parts After market Sales or Marketing Experience is would be an advantage
• Strong personality in Customer Orientation, Business-Result Orientation, Strategic-Innovative Orientation, Collaboration & Influencing. Value Orientation.
• Strong communication skills (English - oral and written).
• High level of personal integrity and honest, able to work with minimum supervisory, good team work to achieve team goal or target. well organized, and strong analytical skills.
