PT Adaro Energy Tbk, adalah adalah produsen batu bara terbesar di belahan bumi selatan dan keempat terbesar di dunia. Dari hasil pencarian yang dilakukan oleh Admin Tjarie Kerja bahwa Sejarah Adaro Energy Adaro dimulai dari guncangan minyak dunia pada tahun 1970an. Hal ini menyebabkan Pemerintah Indonesia merevisi kebijakan energinya, yang pada saat itu berfokus kepada minyak dan gas, untuk mengikut sertakan batubara sebagai bahan bakar untuk penggunaan dalam negeri. Dengan meningkatnya fokus terhadap batubara pada tahun 1976, Departemen Pertambangan membagi Kalimantan Timur dan Selatan menjadi 8 blok batubara dan membuka tender untuk blok-blok tersebut.

1992: Adaro Indonesia memulai produksi komersial batubara E5000 dari tambang Paringin dengan memproduksi 1 juta ton.

Operation Department Head - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities:
• To plan, lead, direct, and evaluate OPCC (Out of Pit Crusher and Conveyor) operational activities including all aspects of crushing and transporting overburden in order to achieve company’s OPCC operational target effectively and efficiently in accordance with HSE standards.
• To develop work plans and objectives of Operation Department with respect to overall company plans to ensure the OPCC system operates as a productive business unit.
• To establish systems operating procedures (SOP), work instruction (WI) and job safety analysis (JSA) of operations and HSE management and review its implementation to achieve operations efficiently, effectively and safely.
• To prepare annual and monthly OPCC plan, monitor and evaluate the execution to ensure the production targets are met according to operations plan of overburden.
• Set up production strategy, monitor and evaluate its implementation to ensure utilization level of production facilities is optimized.
• Plan and monitor transportation activities of overburden from the crushing systems to designated stacking area to ensure activity in OPCC consistent with production plan & strategy.
• Determine appropriate steps to overcome any obstacles of which found, and actively coordinate with related section or department to ensure production operations targets are met accordingly.
• Develop a harmonious relationship with contractor partners who create a sustainable cooperation to support the processing and transportation operations of overburden.
• Monitor and control all activities within Operations Department to ensure its compliance with HSE standards.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical / Mining / Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience as Plant Operations at Superintendent Level
• Required Competencies : Plant Operational Management, Operational Safety, Safety & Health Management, Environmental Management, Operational Maintenance
• Good communication, leadership, and managerial skills
• Excellent command in English both oral and written
• Willing to be located at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

Slope Monitoring Foreman - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare database for Geo technical department and ensure every update has been informed correctly based on actual condition
• Review system, procedures, standards and technology of Slope Monitoring and Supporting System
• Reviewing the GIS thematic map of geo technical engineer to provide information from the PIT or Waste Dump.
• Ensure all tools and equipment available in the Geo tech state ready as well as meet the standards so it can be used in support of operational activities.
• Manage storage and calibrate the equipment slope monitoring systems to ensure that all the equipment is ready to be operated at the time and meet the standards

Job Requirements:
• Male or Female, max 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering with GPA min 2.80 (Scale 4).
• Having 1 years of experience in related field
• Good knowledge on survey and database, web
• familiar with ArGIS, AutoCa, TS, GPS, Laser Scanner
• Able to work in detail
• Good communication in English, both verbal and written

Treasury Supervisor - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform and control day to day treasury activities.
• Prepare and monitoring all treasury activities.
• Making daily journal transaction.
• Perform other related accounting and finance duties

Job Requirements:
• Male / Female with maximum 30 years of age
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
• Having experience 5 years experience as treasury officer or finance officer (preferably from public accountant and mining company).
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Having knowledge about tax.
• Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
• Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking.

Corporate Social Responsibility Supervisor - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Administrative and evaluation management in any CSR program
• Integrate K3LH system in any CSR program implementation and planning
• Develop the potency of social and cultural institutions

Job Requirements:

• Give recommendation about Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Job Goals, and Performance Appraisal

Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering / Management / Psychology
• 3 years working experience in the same position
• Excellent command in English both oral and written
• Good analytical skill

Production Data Analyst - Kalimantan Selatan

Job Responsibilities:
• Carry out the secretariat activity in order to help Mining Production Dept. Head to achieve the goals and objectives, both short and long term to optimize existing resource.
• Analyze production data
• Support PDCA activities in mining production
• Create routine report and prepare file needed
• Promote awareness for continuous improvement
• Develop continuous improvement program

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree of Statistic or Industrial Engineering

Cost Control Superintendent - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:
• To monitor operational budget in business activity in the company, based on the regular budget that has been made, to ensure the activity of the company in accordance with the business company's business objectives.
to review and monitor company financial routine expenditure based on the existing policy by making comparisons over the budget that has been created with the actual costs incurred to minimize the cost of variants.
• To manage company cost by monitor company budget that have been made with the financial condition of the company, so all cost can be register and give informative report.
• To evaluate all project cost that have been used, so company can ensure project effectiveness and activities in accordance with the objective of the company business.
• To prepare financial statement report periodically, so board always be informed the progress of projects that have been executed.
• To facilitate the preparation of economic analysis of the financial model by doing and give relevant advice on fees to support company decision making.
• To monitor and review the agreement to each project conducted by any division to ensure agreement in accordance with prevailing policy in the division of finance & accounting.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from Economic majoring Accounting, min. GPA 3.00.
• Experience in Cost Control area for 6 years, preferably from Public Accountant background.
