JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handling phone calls from customer
• Solve the problem or complaint
• Give suggestion to customer about our products & service information
• Ensure service standards by answring calls promptly & profesionally
Requirements:
• With maximum 28 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, any field.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in the same field (preferably as a coordinator)
• English proficiency both verbal & written
• Service excellent oriented
