XL Axiata (dahulu PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk) atau disingkat XL adalah sebuah perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia. XL mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996, dan merupakan perusahaan swasta pertama yang menyediakan layanan telepon seluler di Indonesia.

XL memiliki dua lini produk GSM, yaitu XL Prabayar dan XL Pascabayar. Selain itu XL juga menyediakan layanan korporasi yang termasuk Internet Service Provider (ISP) dan VoIP.

Officer – Resource Management

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and blast job posting to attract potential candidates
• Source and screen potential candidates to provide pipeline of qualified candidates
• Arrange and conduct candidates assessment (including written test and interview) to provide hiring recommendations
• Arrange and prepare logistics of assessment to ensure a smooth process Ensure a smooth on boarding process of the new hires
• Maintain and update candidates database to ensure availability of candidates pipelines and documentation of application process
• Conduct job analysis & job evaluation for positions in Staff & Officer level

Requirements:
S1 degree, preferably from Psychology background (S2 degree would be an advantage)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/assessment for hiring purposes
• Hands on experience in conducting Behavioral Event Interview (BEI)
• Strong understanding on recruitment full lifecycle S
• Strong coordination & communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• High attention to details

Specialist ­ Human Capital Strategy (Manager Level)

Responsibilities:
• Translate corporate direction into executable human capital strategy
• Coordinate in planning and monitoring human capital strategic initiatives
• Coordinate in integrating end to end organization and human capital policies
• Support Human Capital Business Partner in providing human capital solutions to leaders
• Provide human capital data analytics to support decision making in human capital area

Requirements:
• University graduate (S1) majoring Social Science or Engineering or Management with at least 5 years’ experience in human capital management
• Have strong knowledge in end to end of organization and human capital practices
• Able to handle a diverse range of complex assignments requiring strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Possess the ability to handle high level of ambiguity and work independently with minimum supervision
• Must be action oriented with strong customer focus and drive for result
• Exposure in management consultancy firm or telecommunication industry would be an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English is a must
