Newmont Nusa Tenggara (PTNNT) merupakan perusahaan patungan Indonesia yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh Nusa Tenggara Partnership (Newmont & Sumitomo), PT Pukuafu Indah (Indonesia) dan PT Multi Daerah Bersaing. Newmont dan Sumitomo bertindak sebagai operator PTNNT.
PTNNT menandatangani Kontrak Karya pada 1986 dengan Pemerintah RI untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi di dalam wilayah Kontrak Karya di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).
PTNNT menemukan cebakan tembaga porfiri pada 1990, yang kemudian diberi nama Batu Hijau. Setelah penemuan tersebut, dilakukanlah pengkajian teknis dan lingkungan selama enam tahun. Kajian tersebut disetujui Pemerintah Indonesia pada 1996 dan menjadi dasar dimulainya pembangunan Proyek Tambang Batu Hijau dengan total investasi US$ 1,8 Miliar. Proyek pembangunan tambang, pabrik dan prasarananya selesai pada 1999 dan mulai beroperasi secara penuh pada Maret 2000

General Supervisor Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of discipline specific training and experience
• Minimum 7 years Supervisory experience in Maintenance Planning / Scheduling, preferably in a Mining Environment.
• Training / Experience in RCA, FMECA, Pareto analysis and Continuous improvement tools
• Experience with large, integrated computerized maintenance systems
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance in a mining environment
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to function with little or no supervision.
• Fluid verbal and written English language skills.
• Sound Technical Writing Skills
• Good communications skills with a proven ability to motivate subordinates
• Working Knowledge Ellipse, Hyperion and AMT Maintenance Software
Engineer Fleet Management Reporting
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Computer Science or Technic Information or Technic Computer.
• Exposure to and understanding of Mining Business Processes.
• Good experience in Data Modelling / Warehousing methodologies, Dimensional Modelling and System Architecture design.
• Good experience in Microsoft SQL relational databases including database design, SQL syntax and any other related tasks.
• Good Experience in at least one OLAP reporting tool (Microsoft SQL Analysis Services, Oracle Express, Cognos, Hyperion / Brio, Business Objects)
• Good experience with ETL processes (Extract Transform & Load).
• Good experience in reporting tools (such as: Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, and Oracle Report).
• Good experience in .NET Framework, Java / C+ programming language and versed in various Programming Languages.
• Good in English both oral and written.
• Good interpersonal skill.

Qualifications:
• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Mine Engineering or related field and three to five (3 - 5) years of directly related experience is preferred. A formal degree in Mine Engineering can be substituted with an advanced technical knowledge of Leica Jigsaw systems or equivalent fleet management systems.
• Knowledge of the Leica Jigsaw truck dispatch system and the LINUX operating system are essential. Experience with High • Precision GPS systems and Wireless systems is also preferable.

Qualifications:

Engineer Long Term Planning
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. or MSc Degree in Mine Engineering or related field and three to five (3-5) years of directly related experience is required.
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR.
• Advanced technical knowledge of mine engineering is required
Metallurgist
Qualifications:
• A tertiary degree in Metallurgy or relevant engineering (e.g. Chemical Engineering is considered).
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR (POP) is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of mineral processing, particularly in grinding and base metals beneficiation techniques is essential also demonstrate understanding in technical project evaluation, management and control.
• Demonstrate strength in problem solving, analytical thinking and creative thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are essential. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability or willingness to acquire good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia languages
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Engineer Electrical Maintenance
Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma 5 Year Experiences in Mining Equipment or relevant Trade Certificate Minimum 5 years work experience in Maintenance, preferably in a Mining Environment.
• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR
• Competent in the use of MS Office and MS Project Lotus Notes.
• Proven problem solving skills and ability to function with little or no supervision.
• Ability to function and support multiple disciplines.
