Learning & Development Specialist
Job Purpose:
Manage the training program development by identifying business needs (TNA), designing curriculum & programs, identifying Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)/training providers, and managing training budget in order to design a well-developed program to support business strategy in achieving company’s objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the identification of the development/training needs to understand the situation and getting relevant data as source of determining the competency gaps, as the first step to develop a suitable training program that needed to be implemented
• Develop curriculum and program syllabus by designing development/training programs that relevant to competency gaps and further development
• Manage the identification of the improvement needs of the training and development program based on the training evaluation report to ensure that the effectiveness rate of the programs is developed and increased
• Contribute in learning culture development by facilitating individual development program (IDP), coaching, and sharing culture in CCAI
• Identify improvement areas, develop improvement plan and monitor the implementation to drive process efficiency, cost effectiveness, or increase productivity.
• Develop, monitor, and control annual training budget to ensure expenditure is in line to business plan
• Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed.
• Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Min. 3 years working experience in FMCG Company
• Have experience with soft skill training project
• Fluent in English (Written and oral)
