Sejarah berdiri PT BTMU-BRI Finance didirikan sejak tahun 1983 sebagai perusahaan pembiayaan patungan antara The Sanwa Bank Ltd. Japan dengan PT. Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. dengan nama perusahaan PT. Sari Usaha Leasing.

Pada tahun yang sama perusahaan mengganti namanya menjadi PT. Sanwa - BRI Leasing. Pada tahun 1991, sejalan dengan perubahan izin operasi untuk menjalankan bisnis multi-finance, perusahaan berganti nama menjadi PT. Sanwa - BRI Finance.

Adanya merger pada pemegang saham kami menjadi The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Japan. Nama perusahaan pun turut berubah menjadi PT. BTMU - BRI Finance pada tahun 2008. Perubahan ini menjanjikan bagi perusahaan, selaku perusahaan patungan antara The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Japan dan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Sejarah berdiri PT BTMU-BRI Finance secara geografis, perusahaan melakukan bisnis ke penjuru nusantara tanpa ada batasan merek, tipe, area atau industri tertentu. Perusahaan menjalankan kegiatan usaha dengan dukungan jaringan bisnis di kantor pusat Jakarta dan 4 (empat) kantor cabang di kota Surabaya, Bandung, Samarinda, dan Medan.

Credit Analyst Staff

Responsibilities:
Candidates capable in evaluating a borrower’s financial and business, review and analyze credit applications to assess credit worthiness and risk, and also able to prepare a good credit report and able to work as part of a team

Requirements:
• Male/Female with age maximum 28 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economic background or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply or for senior staff with minimum 2 years working experience in a Bank or Finance Company.
• Good logic in financial analysis and knowledge.
• Have good knowledge & understanding about Asset Based Financing is preferable.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to work as a team.

Junior Leasing Staff

Responsibilities:
• To conduct day to day marketing activities properly based on internal business guidelines.
• To search and create new market by opening relationship with targeted customer and suppliers.
• To achieve target and to control Non Performing Loan.
• To maintain customer by approaching them with persuasive communication

Requirements:
• Male/Female with age max. 25 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economic background or equivalent.
• Has strong analytical thinking and good knowledge in financial analysis.
• Has “CAN DO” attitude and oriented to achieve target.
• Active and enjoy challenges.
• Able to work both individual and as a team member.
• Has good interpersonal and persuasive communication skill with good in manner.
• Willing to travel for business trip and to be assigned to our branches.

HRD Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible in managing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all HR aspects including HR policies and Procedures (SOP), compensation and benefit, recruitment and training, HR performance and industrial relations by coordinating with all related department, and to ensure all HR process is doing well as a business support to achieve the company’s target.

Requirements:
• Male/Female with age maximum 45 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Min. 7 years experience in Managerial Level with similar role in finance/Banking Industry.
• Strong skill in Leadership, Communication, Planning & Organizing.
Understand about Labor Law, Strategic Human Resources, People & Development, Talent/Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Pph 21, BPJS, Salary structure/grading, • Employee Retention, Employee Assessment, Managing Employee Loan, etc.
• Understanding about Integrated Human Resources Information Systems.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
