Senior Rotating Engineer - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the review of all company specifications, applicable industry codes and standards related to rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment during development and detailed engineering and design.
  • Assist in the review of all project documentation pertinent to the rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment.
  • Actively participate in project safety reviews (HAZOP/HAZID) at EPC contractor’s office with primary focus on rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment.
  • Inspect installation of all rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment including piping to ensure installation is carried out to recognized industry standards.
  • Become fully familiar with all company specifications, standards, procedures and applicable industry codes pertinent to rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment.
  • Represent Projects department in review and development of COPI technical specifications and recommended practices related to rotating equipment. 
  • Provide mentoring in technical and safety topics related to rotating equipment.

Key Objectives:
  • Become fully familiar with project scope of work, HSE requirements and all relevant technical documentation pertaining to the rotating, reciprocating, and associated auxiliary equipment project  equipment.
  • Participate in clarification & kick-off meetings with vendors.
  • Assist in the review of all vendor documentation, i.e. data sheets, drawings, P&ID’s, etc.
  • Observe and assist during any equipment factory testing, site visits or any other activity related to ensuring equipment is manufactured, fabricated and constructed to company standards and required specifications.
  • Throughout construction phase assist in all equipment installation inspections and be fully involved with provisional and mechanical completion procedures.
  • Assist and be involved with other engineering disciplines with a view to enhancing cross discipline ability.
  • Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities. Provide technical support to contract and operations personnel throughout these activities.
  • On start up and completion assist and be involved with the development of performance test procedures and their implementation.
  • Assist in the review of plot plans to ensure installation and layout allow safe and easy access for maintenance and operation.
  • Assist in the review of all project specifications to ensure EPC contractor and equipment vendors meet project and company requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor S1 Mechanical Engineering
  • Rotating Engineer experience in FEED Engineering, Detail Engineering, FAT, Construction,Commissioning, Start-up and Maintenance
  • Familiar and experience with major rotating equipments such as : Gas Turbine Compressor, Gas Turbine Generators, Gas Engines, Diesel Generator , Fire water Pump and various engine packages for both process facilities and utility facilities in Oil & Gas facilities

Team Lead Insurance and Risk Management - Jakarta

Basic Purposes:
  • Lead insurance coverage for COP Indonesia Asset
  • Responsible for handling and processing insurance claim
  • Review insurance policy and identifying insurance coverage
  • Responsible for reviewing insurance term in the contract
  • Responsible for identifying, reviewing and assessing new risks and risk retention/transfer within ConocoPhillips Indonesia BU.
  • Responsible for coordinating inspection as well as the implementation of safety and loss prevention mechanism
  • Closely discussion with Corporate Insurance, Legal, Procurement and Finance to monitor Indonesia BU insurance coverage
  • This should provide a short and accurate statement of why the job exists.
  • Responsible for ensuring that insurance coverage is complied with guidelines established by Government and ConocoPhillips Insurance Policy

Principal Accountabilities:
  • Assist Corporate Insurance in determining premium allocations
  • Design, update and maintain database of exposure & loss (e.g. claims, fleet, location, limit and deductible)
  • Provide risk management presentations and summaries to ConocoPhillips Indonesia BU
  • Provide notification to insurers and adjusters of claims
  • Provide assistance in assessing and evaluating claim (e.g. discovery, investigation, costs/payments)
  • Provide counsel and review contracts
  • Maintain data on insurance policy
  • Analyze costs of insurance premium
  • Analyze coverage and assist Corporate Insurance in negotiating/verifying policy revisions
  • Ensure all invoices related to insurance are paid on timely manner

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in various discipline
  • More than 5 years experiences in insurance and Oil and Gas Industry 
  • Possess insurance certifications (AAA1-K)
