Role Synopsis:

Role Synopsis:
- Supervises
- Shift Supervisors, Program Coordinator and Technicians in Utility & Water Treatment team
- Safe and reliable operation of Utility & Water Treatment facilities during initial start-up, normal start-up and shutdown, normal operation, abnormal operation, emergency shutdown, prepare for and return from maintenance
- Organizational Competence & capability in Utility & Water team to safely execute approved activity plan
- Implementation of Preventive Maintenance (PM) of safety critical equipment at Utility & Water Treatment
- Ensuring all discharges to open sea meets environmental requirement
- Daily steam, electricity, water production targets including air supply, nitrogen supply, acid gas incinerators operation to support LNG operations
- Key accountabilities Responsible for the operation of WWT plant to keep the process parameters within safe operating limits (SOL) and take corrective action whenever deviations occur as per direction from WWT shift supervisor during plant start up, normal operations, shutdown, maintenance and emergency situation.
- Communicate with other Sections e.g. Utility and ORF of any plant for changes in demand such as Waste Water throughput, utility water, electric power, nitrogen, etc.
- Running and maintaining the process safety business process as per schedule and requirement whenever needed.
- Maintain implementation of OIRA, LO-LC, Alarm management, and high standard of shift log sheet.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Operation / production at Oil & Gas, petrochemical or other Energy Industries background will be preferred.
- Good knowledge and skill on waste water treatment
- Good understanding of ISSOW business process
- Familiar with computer system such as excel / word and power point will be preferred
- Strong in analysis for root cause of failure
- Have good knowledge on Local control panel operation
- Good understand of electrical drawing such as schematic / single line diagram
- This position is for Indonesian Citizen only.

PCO Channel Marketing Manager - Jakarta
Role Synopsis:

Key Accountabilities:
- To provide expertise in PCO space in the areas of the Trade Promotion and Channel Marketing. This includes PCO category & information management plus evaluation of Castrol Auto Service Channel.
- To identify channel marketing opportunities and achieve PCO space performance (volume, turnover and margin)- in the assigned channel
- To be the SPA of Castrol Auto Service channel management including trade & consumer promotion, concept-implementation & evaluation of the programs and channel performance (volume, turnover and gross margin)
- Consolidate, monitor, and track Trade Loan monthly spending vs. Plan
- To develop new Castrol Auto Service (CAS) / Bike Point (BP) sites and manages the existing performance
- To develop, implement and evaluate all consumer & trade activities within CAS / BP Channel
- To develop, implement and evaluate PCO channel marketing activities
- Provide PCO channel management expertise to S&M team and consumer, to further identifying category opportunities
- Provide market space / category analysis & recommendations (CAS / BP report & Trade Promotion Evaluation)
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or business related field, Master Degree in Business is preferred.
Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience with strong skills in Trade Marketing, promotion management, merchandising management and trade research.
- Previous experience in Below-The-Line Agency or Sales field would be highly advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of distribution / channel management & marketing finance.
- Ability to stimulate innovation and new efficient ways of working
