Senior Web Developer PHP
Technical Requirements:
• Self-Starter; Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction
• Proven knowledge of scaling and application optimization
• Must have 6 years of IT Experience with expertise as a PHP Developer working with *NIX environments
• Write clean, well-engineered code that comply with accepted standards, and test web applications
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience of PHP5, HTML/CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON, JavaScript, Linux shell, and SQL
• Experience with major PHP frameworks (Symfony, CodeIgniter, Zend etc.)
• Preferred experienced working on LAMP, MYSQL, NGINX, MEMCACHE and/or REDIS clusters
• Experience with creating and consuming RESTful APIs

Activation Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
The Activation Marketing Manager at OLX.co.id (renamed from Tokobagus in May 2014) is a Junior to Mid Manager level, reporting to Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be responsible to:
• Manage Marketing Activation Channel to achieve ultimate result and ensure tracking, monitoring and evaluation
• Working with agency, vendors or other related 3rd party to manage activation channel; do negotiation to establish networks and distribution channel.
• Initiate research studies on the channel selection and provide recommendation for the best channel
• Do activation channel target & achievement.
• Ensure the balance of program’s objective and cost.
• Working with cross functional teams and ensure units are well aligned with other department.
• Hiring, developing as well as do performance evaluation of your team, including oversee team daily activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in wide range of Marketing Activation Channel (Community, Canvassing, Partnership, etc)
• Demonstrating strong leadership & managerial thinking, solid capability in tracking and monitoring the program
• Solid experience in dealing & negotiation with agency and other 3rd
• Good understanding of technology, including internet services, 'power user' of internet
• Multitasking job - high volumes of actions to perform
• Initiative, pro-active approach
• Able to work hard, even under time pressure
• Fast learner, detail-minded, consistent and very focused on quality.
• Used to work in fast-growing environment
