Specialist - Creative Communication Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Maintain Brand Integrity & compliance across all product lines: marketing materials & all other external
communication
• Provide guidance for region regarding brand guidelines & ensure its implementation across XL (development & maintenance of all images, libraries, product shots, illustration etc based on standardization guideline)
• Manage IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) & ensure end-to-end campaign implementation
• Coordinate with other teams to support the launch/implementation/feedbacks of marketing initiatives
• Analyze Post Launch Communication as well as identify competitive market situation & customers’ insights to create good communication message & approach
• Monitor competitive activities & strategic response to market movements
• Responsible for the most cost effective & best quality production of all communication materials
• Manage brand, creative agencies and production house (photographer & external parties)
• Responsible for brand promotion, brand awareness & brand visibility
• Recommend & coordinate the critical path & delivery of brand promotions
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Marketing communication or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in brand management, creative communication or other related
field
• Good understanding of marketing concept
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Creative and innovative
