Job Description:
• Coordinate order taking process, start from receiving purchase order from sales team until creation of debit note.
• Responsible for on time delivery and coordinate with outbound team in warehouse.
• Ensure OPM team to support semester Stock Taking conducted by Logistic Team.
• Ensure all the Order Process Management (OPM) staff throughout the branches have the same SAP knowledge & conduct periodic training.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 45 years experience in Order Management and / or Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Good command in English .
• Ability to work under pressure and have strong leadership in managing team.

Job Description:
• To manage budget & cost control function. Accountability extends to financial statements, profit / cash flow analysis, and key performance indicator.
• To check financial comparison between budget and actual both MTD and YTD.
• To check Monthly Management Report and other routine report.
• To do financial forecasting.
• To make and enforce policies relating to Budget & Finance.
• To evaluate Budget achievement, to control Budget variant and to give opinion for deviation proposal of opex or exceeds the budget that has been stipulated before.
• To perform any project relating to business process, to monitor the performance of activity plan, and to analyze ratio relating to efficiency level and company profit.
Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 34 years of working experience in Commercial Finance Analyst.
• Familiar with SAP.
• Experience in FMCG / Trading Company would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Work in detail and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate with crossfunctional and multiple location teams.
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision and / or in a team.
