Asst Manager Logistics Excellence

Responsibilities:
• Maintains, engage and develops relationships with vendors, 3PL, and other important entities.
• Applies and stays on top of various forms of logistics technology
• Plans, organizes and executes logistics support activities across the board of logistic functions
• Explain new logistic initiatives to logistic functions and other departments (orally & written)
• Direct report & database team activities and ensures the availability of the report
• Reviews logistics performance with stakeholders in accordance with targets and service agreements
• Works with Regional Logistics Excellence team (and, Country Operations) to build and maintain healthy pipeline for Logistics improvement initiatives
• Facilitates the logistics value bucket & tracks delivery acting as the program manager, working closely with the specific project managers
• Keeps up to date with the recent developments within the logistics industry to pick up on the most relevant matters and drive to implementation
• Operates global good practices through networking with the other Regional Logistics Excellence Team, and is accountable to disseminate learnings, as a applicable for each respective region
• Challenge, where necessary, current business practices, methodology and procedures through the application of continuous improvement (CI), benchmarking outcomes, best practice techniques and knowledge with an e2e perspective along the offer to delivery cycle
• Learn together with WH & operation team activities in Logistics space: Drives planning, performance monitoring and review & delivery of the activities for any change & competency development, to ensure adequate use of the toolset for the delivery of the logistics.
Senior Funding Sales Officer
Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering background
• Max 30 years old
• Experience in FMCG with Logistic Background
• Has APICS certificate (will be advantage)
Desirable:
• Good at Logistic processes
• Good in Presentation & Negotiation Skill
